What's the difference between best price and Ackoo Rewards?+

Best price is what we always show — the cheapest version of a product across our partner stores, regardless of whether we earn a commission on that store. We never hide a better deal because it pays less.

Ackoo Rewards is the layer on top. Some products carry a Rewards badge — when you sign in and buy them through Ackoo, a percentage of your purchase comes back into your Ackoo wallet. The best price is still guaranteed either way.

How does Ackoo Rewards actually work?+

When you click a Rewards-eligible partner link from Ackoo and complete a purchase, the store pays Ackoo a referral commission. We share most of that back with you as Ackoo Rewards. The amount appears in your wallet as pending, then becomes active once the store confirms the order (usually within a few weeks).

Why are my Rewards pending?+

Stores typically need to confirm an order before paying out the affiliate commission — they're checking the order isn't returned, cancelled, or fraudulent. Most partners confirm within 14–30 days of purchase. After that the Rewards move from pending to active.

Do I need to log in to use Ackoo?+

No — you can browse, search, and ask the agent anonymously. The best price always shows. Ackoo Rewards, however, require a login: we need an account to credit the Rewards to. Sign in once and they apply automatically going forward.

How do I redeem my balance?+

Once your active balance reaches the redemption minimum (currently the equivalent of $10 USD), you can redeem for digital gift cards. We support Amazon, Talabat, Deliveroo, Carrefour, and many more in the mobile app — web redemption arrives in the next phase.

Which stores are supported?+

We work with 50+ partners shipping to Kuwait — Farfetch, Asos, H&M, Boots, Yoox, Mytheresa, Net-a-Porter, Footlocker, and many more.

What if my purchase doesn't show up in my wallet?+

Affiliate tracking can occasionally miss orders — typically because the user disabled tracking, used an ad blocker, or the partner site had a tracking glitch. If you have a confirmation email or a screenshot of your order, send it to team@ackoo.appand we'll investigate with the partner network.

Is the AI agent accurate?+

The agent searches our partner catalogue using live queries, so the products you see are real. It doesn't make up prices. That said, prices and stock at the partner store can shift between when we last indexed and when you click through — always verify the price on the partner site before completing checkout.

Where do you ship?+

We don't ship anything ourselves — partner stores handle delivery. We curate stores that ship to your country. Today that's Kuwait; Saudi, UAE, and the rest of the GCC are next.

Can I close my account?+

Yes — email team@ackoo.app with your account email and we'll handle it within a few business days. Outstanding Rewards can be redeemed before closure or forfeited.
