What counts as “eligible”?

Cashback only applies to products marked with the Cashback eligible tag. We can only pay cashback on partners we have an active affiliate agreement with — currently around 8 retailers, expanding monthly.

Products without the tag still appear in your search results and the agent will still recommend them when they're the best price. They just don't pay back — the same way they wouldn't on any other site.

Best price always shows

We never hide a cheaper option just because it doesn't pay us. The agent ranks by price first, full stop.

Cashback is the bonus

When you find an item that's both the best price AND has the cashback tag — that's the sweet spot. Sign in once and you'll catch every one.

Common questions

How much cashback do I earn?+
Rates vary per partner — typically 3–8% of the order value. Each cashback tag will show the rate when you click into the product detail page.
When does the cashback land in my wallet?+
Pending immediately, active once the partner confirms the order — usually within 14–30 days. Returns or cancellations reverse the cashback.
What can I redeem cashback for?+
Digital gift cards (Amazon, Talabat, Deliveroo, Carrefour, and many more in the mobile app). Web redemption arrives shortly.
Do I need to do anything different at checkout?+
No. As long as you clicked through Ackoo and you're signed in, the cashback tracks automatically. Don't use other discount-code sites in the same session — that can break tracking.
